Available Workshops

Mr. Roberts, the owner and presenter for Stars Northwest, can come to your

school and present any one of several teacher workshops. These include a Basic

Astronomy Workshop, a presenter workshop if your school buys a Starlab and

wants to train/retrain more Starlab users, and a Geometer's Sketchpad workshop.

Coming soon: Stars Northwest hopes to bring a

night viewing option to our programs. We will

bring several small telescopes to your location and

setup during the evening at your school for students

and parents to come out and see some of the wonders in the sky. Of course

this feature will be entirely at the mercy of the weather.
